What if I'm not happy with the haircut?
We keep detailed grooming records for every dog and genuinely welcome your feedback. If severe matting requires a shorter clip, we'll always tell you in advance and explain why. We'll also walk you through coat maintenance for next time.
What is non-anesthetic dental cleaning?
It's a non-invasive procedure that scrapes plaque and tartar from your dog's teeth — while they're awake. No sedation, no bloodwork, no recovery time. Takes 45–60 minutes and costs roughly one-third of a traditional vet cleaning. Ideal for older or sensitive dogs.
How does the van service work?
We schedule a pickup time, our driver collects your dog from your front door, takes them to the spa for their appointment, and drops them back home when done — clean, pampered, and happy. Perfect for busy schedules.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes! All breeds and sizes — from tiny Yorkies to large Poodles. Each dog gets a personalised consultation about their coat type, preferences, and any sensitivities before we begin.
